Man Indicted On Dental Office Burglary Charges in Hazlet

A man has been indicted on two counts of burglary and theft of movable property related to a June break-in at Glenwood Premiere Dental on Bethany Road in Hazlet.

Jason R. Ware, 30, of Prospect Avenue in Asbury Park is accused of stealing two Visa gift cards, cash and four dental licenses valued over $500 in the incident that allegedly occurred between June 23 and June 25, 2012.

Both are crimes of the third degree and carry the potential of a 3-5 years jail term if a defendant is convicted.

The grand jury's vote is a formal charge, not a conviction.
