Cliffwood Beach Woman To Stand Trial in Identity Theft Case at Bayshore Hospital

Christine J. Pettorsson was formally charged by a grand jury Tuesday for allegedly presenting someone else's insurance information to pay for surgery.

The Cliffwood Beach woman who is during a weeklong surgical stay at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel has been indicted by a grand jury in Freehold.

The jury found that Christine J. Pettorsson, who lives on Shore Concourse in the Cliffwood Beach section of Aberdeen, should stand trial on charges brought by the Monmouth County Prosecutor of theft of service. (The grand jury does not determine guilt or innocence.) Her stay at Bayshore, between April 24-29, is estimated to have cost $22,151.

Pettorsson was also charged with impersonation and identity theft.

This shows you how desperate we can become when it comes to lack of health coverage and having an illness!

It really is ashame what us U.S. citizens have to do to go into the hospital. Welfare? That, I thought was supposed to be for someone like this woman. No, it's for people who don't try and milk our pay checks to the penny. America is not America anymore! For example I go to Costco, I see a woman who goes to the food pantry at my church and has asked my church to pay her bills. But, at Costco she spends almost 500.00 dollars on food stamps. The kick in the ass was the Lincoln truck she had. Should this woman get in trouble? No! These politicians need to look at themselves!
