Holmdel Pair Indicted on Identity Theft Charges

Both Rocha and Zizzamia are charged with theft of identity and theft by deception.

Two Holmdel residents were indicted this week by a Monmouth County Grand Jury on charges of identity theft within the township. 

Mario Rocha, 35, and Nicole Zizzamia, 32, both of of Azimuth Court allegedly obtained contract services and cell phones through impersonation over more than a year, between January last year and February of this year.

Both Rocha and Zizzamia are charged with two counts of impersonation/theft of identity and two counts of theft by deception.
