A Monmouth County grand jury returned an indictment yesterday charging Timothy A. Kegley, 18 of Holmdel with one count of conspiracy and one count of robbery.

A township man was indicted by a grand jury yesterday on charges related to the robbery of a victim on a street in the Palmer Square development in January, according to Prosecutor Peter Warshaw of the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

Timothy A. Kegley, 18, of 54 Duxbury Court was indicted for conspiring with as many as three juveniles to commit a robbery on Jan. 28. The indictment identifies the juveniles as "C.F.  and/or N.F., and/or P.R."
