Holmdel First Aid Responds to Ambulance/Car Crash Saturday

Ambulance involved in crash was operated by Lifestar Response of NJ.

A car and a private ambulance collided on Route 34, just north of Roberts Road in Holmdel on Saturday.

Both drivers sustained minor injuries and were transported to the Bayshore Community Hospital by the Holmdel First Aid Squad.

According to Holmdel Police, the driver of the ambulance, owned by Lifestar Response of NJ was traveling south on Route 34 when the driver of a Nissan Altima pulled out of St. Mina's Coptic Orthodox Church in front of it.

The driver of the ambulance was identified as Louinel Pierrelouis of Irvington. The Nissan Altima driver was identified as Elizabeth Nagib of Keyport.
