The 18-year old was not wearing protective head gear at the time of the accident, police said.

Multiple first responders were summoned to the aid of an 18-year old man who suffered a serious skateboarding accident on Twin Brooks Court in Holmdel Township Monday night.

Connor A. Thomas, 18, of Allen Street in Rumson fell from his skateboard and struck his head. He was not wearing a helmet, according to police who responded to the 911 call at 6:49 p.m.

Based on Thuman's condition, Holmdel Ptl. Michael Dowens requested paramedics.
