Police: Pair Who Killed Animal Also Found With Drugs, Weapon

Several narcotics charges were also filed between Feb. 1 and Feb. 13, 2013.

The Hazlet Police Department reported the following incidents between Feb. 1 and Feb. 13, 2013. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Feb. 1 - Francis Murphy, Jr., of Port Monmouth, was arrested at the Best Western Inn for harassment on a warrant issued by the Aberdeen Township Municipal Court. The arrest was made by Ptl. Ryan McAndrews and Ptl. Joseph Fabian.

Feb. 1 - A male juvenile from Middletown was arrested on Concord Drive for narcotics possession by Ptl. Kevin Geoghan.

Feb. 2 - Jeffrey Scharneck, of Asbury Park, was arrested at K-Mart for shoplifting by Ptl. Ryan McAndrews and Ptl. Joseph Fabian.

Feb. 3 - Danny Bowers, of Keyport, was arrested on Route 36 on a warrant issued by Asbury Park. Ptl. Jerry Burgos was the arresting officer.

Feb. 3 - Daniel Picciallo, of Hazlet, was arrested on Hudson Avenue for possession of a weapon, possession of narcotics and for needlessly killing a living creature. A male juvenile, also from Hazlet, was arrested on the same charges. Ptl. Jerry Burgos and Ptl. Joseph Fabian were the arresting officers.

Feb. 3 - Jennifer O’Brien, of Middletown, was arrested on a warrant issued by Tinton Falls Municipal Court. Arrest was made by Ptl. Maryann Smith.

Feb. 6 - Patricia Fisher, of Keyport, was arrested on Middle Road for DWI by Ptl. William Marvel.

Feb. 6 - Carlton Deckle, of Cliffwood Beach, was arrested on Middle Road for possession of narcotics paraphernalia. Ptl. Chris Acevedo was the arresting officer.

Feb. 7 - David Matheny, of Keansburg, was arrested at police headquarters on a warrant issued by the Hazlet Keyport Matawan Joint Municipal Court. The arrest was made by Ptl. William Marvel and Ptl. Edward Schmidt.

Feb. 7 - Christian Dupree, of Laurence Harbor, was arrested on Route 36 on a warrant issued by the Aberdeen Municipal Court. The arrest was made by Ptl. William Marvel and Ptl. Edward Schmidt.

Feb. 7 - A male juvenile from Hazlet was arrested on Raccoon Drive for possession of narcotics. The arrest was made by Ptl. Michael Tristao.

Feb. 8 - John Melendez, of Aberdeen, was arrested at Park East by Ptl. Adam Cullen on a charge of Simple Assault.

Feb. 10 - Daniel Beers of West Keansburg was arrested on Hwy. 36 on a warrant issued by the Woodbridge Municipal Court. The arrest was made by Ptl. Michael Duncan.

Feb. 11 - Lauren Wienges, of Hazlet, was arrested on Calt Drive for possession of narcotics by Ptl. Kevin Geoghan.

Feb. 11 - Karen Bosko, of Hazlet, was arrested on Calt Drive on a warrant issued by Holmdel Municipal Court. The arrest was made by Ptl. William Agar.

Feb. 11 - John Fales, of Middletown, was arrested on Middle Road on a warrant issued by the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office. Arrest was made by Ptl. Jerry Burgos.

Feb. 11 - Peter Marino, of Belford, was arrested on Route 36 for possession of narcotics.  The arrest was made by Ptl. Michael Duncan.

Feb. 12 - Frank Holman, of Keyport, was arrested for driving with a suspended license. The arrest was made by Ptl. William Marvel and Ptl. Edward Schmidt.

Feb. 12 - Rickie Storie, of Old Bridge, was arrested at police headquarters for wrongful impersonating, forgery, and tampering with public records. The arrest was made by Ptl. Edward Schmidt.

Feb. 13 - Joseph Lodato, of Brick, was arrested at police headquarters on warrants issued by the Municipal Courts of Brick and Point Pleasant. The arrest was made by Ptl. Jacqueline Struble.

Feb. 13 - James Wyckoff, of Hazlet, was arrested on Ruth Street on warrants issued by the Bernards Township Municipal Court. The arrest was made by Ptl. Adam Cullen.
