DWI Checkpoint Announced For Toby Keith Concert Friday Night at PNC

NJ State Police will be stopping cars leaving the venue, looking for signs of driver impairment.

Planning to go to the Toby Keith concert at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel Friday night? Be aware the NJ State Police will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint at the venue's exit to the Garden State Parkway South.

The checkpoint begins at 8 p.m., the police announced on Facebook and on Twitter.

Vehicles will be stopped and police will be looking for signs of impairment due to alcohol or drugs.

"If you plan on drinking alcohol at this Friday's concert, make sure that you have a designated driver," said the NJ State Police, in their alert. "Don't risk getting behind the wheel if you’ve been drinking. It's not worth getting arrested, hurting yourself, or hurting someone you love. Plan ahead and enjoy the concert safely."
