Again, Hazlet Residents Report Items Stolen From Unlocked Cars
Police say several neighborhood were hit on Monday and Tuesday nights.
Hazlet Police report that several unlocked cars were entered Monday and Tuesday night in the neighborhoods off Middle Road, Fleetwood Drive and Lynn Boulevard.
On June 26, police arrested a 27-year old township man in the middle of the night, charging him with taking items from cars on Bucknell Drive in the Fleetwood section.
"We are asking residents to lock their vehicles and to call us if you see subjects walking the streets late at night," said Hazlet Police in a Facebook post on their webpage.
