Obituary: June May, 61, of Hazlet Who Worked at Lowe's

May is survived by a family members in Hazlet and 8 grandchildren.

June F. May, 61, of Hazlet, passed away on Sunday June 8th, at home.

She was born in Plainfield, New Jersey and has been a life-long resident of the Bayshore area.

June worked as a stocker for Lowes. She loved spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and other family. She also enjoyed bowling, horseshoes and cards.

Surviving is her loving husband of 41 years Vernon “Buster” Jr.; her parents Russell and Geraldine Haver of North Carolina; her son and daughter in-law Vernon “Frank” and Ericca May III of Hazlet; 2 daughters and son in-law Marci May of Hazlet and Mandi and Joseph Velazquez of Florida; 6 brothers and sisters in-law Russell and Karen Haver, Gary and Susan Haver Sr., Glenn and Chris Haver, Larry and Susan Haver, Marc and Lisa Haver and Terry Haver all of North Carolina; her sister and brother in-law Sherrie and James Dean of Middletown; 8 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Family will be accepting friends for a memorial service on Thursday, June 12 3-5PM at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg.
