Obituary: John Patrick Walsh Jr., 51, Graduate of Raritan High School

John Patrick Walsh Jr., 51, passed away at home on Saturday, June 15, 2014. Born in Brooklyn, John moved to New Jersey years ago. He was a graduate of Raritan High School. 

John was employed as a Union Carpenter. He loved the sea, and was an avid boater. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Toms River, and was a member of the Elks in Keyport.

He is survived by his parents John and Frances Walsh, by a sister Pat and her husband Duff Anderson, a sister Ann and her husband Michael Baucus, a brother Jim and his wife Kerry, a brother Bob, a brother Jerry and his wife Susan, a brother Danny, and by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 – South Holmdel Road, Holmdel on Thursday June 19 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Benedict R.C.Church 165 – Bethany Road, Holmdel on Friday at 10:30 A.M. . Interment will then follow at Holmdel Cemetery.
