Meridian Health Affiliated Foundations Named Top 12 National High Performer

Meridian Health Affiliated Foundations has been honored by the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) for its exemplary performance in raising funds for its local communities’ health care needs.  Meridian Health is one of twelve organizations throughout the United States and Canada that have received this designation of a sustaining high performer for three or more years over a six year period.

Each year, participating hospital foundations complete an annual survey that collects detailed information on organizational performance including fundraising revenue, expenses, and details on specific fundraising programs and staff involvement.   AHP analyzes data submitted by those participating in the benchmarking service and defines high performance as those organizations that are in the 75th percentile for net production.

"We are thankful to our donors and board of directors because, without them, Meridian Health would not be where it is today,” said Joseph E. Stampe, president, of Meridian Health Affiliated Foundations.  “We believe this honor exemplifies our dedication and commitment to the standard of care provided at the more than 100 Meridian facilities throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties.”
