Sandy debris cleanup?

Anyone else have an issue with the lack of debris cleanup in Holmdel? Right after the storm, we were advised to get the debris on the curb asap. Nothing happened. Then three weeks later, they say the same thing. Still nothing. Two weeks later, still nothing.....but, I think I may have found the problem. I finally saw a cleanup truck in the neighborhood. They where here ALL day...the problem? They only cleared the debris from about 6 houses!!! At this rate, they'll be done this summer! I watched for a little while and they were in no rush AT ALL! Somebody needs to step up and hold the cleaning crew (who I'm sure are being paid nicely) to task. They also need to publish a schedule, so the public knows when to expect their streets to be cleaned. It sounds simple to me...customer service 101, right?
