Highlands Annual Holiday Tree Lighting

Highlands Business Partnership, Neighbor

The festivities include performances by the Henry Hudson Choir and the Girl Scouts. Enjoy free hot chocolate, candy canes and visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Mayor Frank Nolan and members of the Council will officially light the tree at 6:00PM.
