Diabetes Awareness Day

Join us on November 4th, from 11am to 1pm, as in diabetes
management, wound care, and nutrition offer their consultation. Free screenings for
cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure will be offered. A light lunch will be
served.




Join Dr. Antonopoulou as she discusses the
facts about diabetes and how to keep yourself healthy.
