Special Election: Voting Locations in Holmdel and Hazlet

Wednesday's election pits Democratic Newark Mayor Cory Booker against Tea Party Republican Steve Lonegan. Booker holds a comfortable lead over Lonegan.

But there are a host of others vying for the seat you may have not known about. Among them:

  • Stuart David Meissner, of the Alimony Reform Now party
  • Antonio Nice Sabas, representing the Freedom of Choice party
  • Robert DePasquale, of the Jobs For Americans party
  • Eugene Martin LaVergne, of the D-R Party
  • Pablo Olivera, representing Unity is Strength
  • Edward C. Stackhouse Jr., of the Ed The Barber party
Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., so if you're going out to exercise your civic muscles, here are the voting locations for your town:

Holmdel

  • Districts 1, 2, 4 and 10: Senior/Community Center
  • District 3: Town Hall meeting room
  • Districts 5 and 9: Village School gym
  • Districts 6, 7 and 8: Satz school gym

Hazlet

  • Districts 1, 12: West Keansburg Fire House, 91 8th Street
  • District 2: Hazlet Fire House, 570 Holmdel Road
  • District 3: Lillian Drive School
  • Districts 4, 15: Sycamore Drive School
  • District 5, 10, 11: James Cullen Community Center, 1776 Union Ave
  • District 6: Middle Road School gym entrance foyer
  • Districts 7, 17: Raritan High School
  • Districts 8, 16: Cove Road School
  • District 9: Beers Street School
  • District 13, 14: Raritan Valley School
