The Freehold Township Democratic Club presents a free seminar on how to appeal your property tax assessment, including information on what to do if your property was affected by superstorm Sandy. The seminar will be held at the Monmouth County Library Headquarters at 125 Symmes Road in Manalapan.

The lecture will be given by Rachel Beer. Rachel Beer received her masteres degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Montclair State University. She has experience working in the hospitals with Adult and Pediatrics.
