Nearly All Units Removed from Holmdel Storage Facility Auction List

To satisfy liens against the owners for unpaid rent, Safeguard Storage Facility, at 2152 Route 35, published public notices that they would sell the contents of eight units to the highest bidder on Feb. 22.

On the day of the sale, all but one unit's late charges had been satisfied, and only one bidder was present to look at the contents of unit 2347.  The rest were pulled from the list.

In storage auctions like this, the rules are that purchases are with cash only, payable at the time of sale. Goods are sold as-is and must be taken away. Safeguard Self Storage reserves the right to bid.
