Nearly All Units Removed from Holmdel Storage Facility Auction List
By the day of the sale, all but owner had paid off his bill to avoid losing it all to an auction
To satisfy liens against the owners for unpaid rent, Safeguard Storage Facility, at 2152 Route 35, published public notices that they would sell the contents of eight units to the highest bidder on Feb. 22.
On the day of the sale, all but one unit's late charges had been satisfied, and only one bidder was present to look at the contents of unit 2347. The rest were pulled from the list.
The units, as published in the newspaper.
