Holmdel Man Allegedly Made Valentine's Day Cocaine Sale to Undercover Cop

A grandy jury indicted Peter Ralis on Christine Rallis on drug charges.

A Monmouth County grand jury handed up a 13-count indictment against a Holmdel man on Monday, while his wife faces charges on four of the counts.

Christine Rallis, 47, and Peter Rallis, 46, both of Persimmon Lane, were indicted on a variety of drug charges following an undercover investigation and the execution of a search warrant on their townhouse off of Laurel Avenue.

According to court documents, Peter Rallis allegedly sold cocaine to an undercover detective on Jan. 28, 2012; Feb. 2, 2012; and Feb. 14, 2012. He has been charged with three counts possession; three counts possession with intent to distribute; and three counts of distribution in connection with the incidents.
