A Night on the Navesink With Your Favorite Eats

Flavour, Red Bank's restaurant alliance, is hosting a an event to help raise money for Lunch Break and the Red Bank Middle School Athletic Association.

Red Bank Flavour and more than 20 local eateries are coming together to host A Night on the Navesink: A Flavour Summer Soiree at the  on August 16.

The event kicks off at 6 p.m. in the newly renovated hotel and guests are invited to try the culinary samplings of participating restaurants as well as a selection of wines, libations, and craft beers from New Jersey breweries. 

A portion of proceeds from A Night on the Navesink will benefit and the , according to a release.

"Red Bank Flavour’s partnership with J.P. Barry Hospitality has presented another opportunity to showcase the culture, cuisine and panoramas that makes the Two River region so unique. Guests will have the opportunity to sample delicious summer flavours from Red Bank’s top chefs and restaurateurs, while relishing the stunning waterfront vistas from the Molly Pitcher’s promenade,” Valerie Aufiero of Front St. Trattoria said in a release.

"After the success of at the Oyster Point Hotel last December, we are excited to create yet another seasonal, epicurean event that will showcase Red Bank restaurants while also promoting two very important, community-minded charities."

The event will also feature a beer garden, live music and prize giveaways. Among those restaurants participating in A Night on the Navesink are: The , , , , , , , , , Pearl at the , , , , , Blue Water Seafood, , , and the Molly Pitcher Inn.

A Night on the Navesink will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 16 at the Molly Pitcher Inn. Tickets for the event are $40 in advance or $50 at the door. To purchase tickets, visit www.NightontheNavesink.eventbrite.com or any participating restaurant.
