Barnabas Health Medical Group to Host Open House at New Hazlet Location

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Dr. Anthony Ricca as well as have their blood pressure and glucose screened.

Barnabas Health Medical Group will host an open house for the Internal Medicine practice of Anthony Ricca, MD, formerly of Hazlet Health Care, on Thursday, Jan. 24, from 1 to 5 p.m. at 82 Bethany Road in Hazlet.

The open house offers area residents the opportunity to see the new, state-of-the-art medical office and meet Dr. Ricca.  Additionally, free blood pressure and glucose screenings will be offered.

Dr. Ricca, who is a member of the Monmouth Medical Center Medical and Dental Staff, has historically offered the Hazlet community a unique practice which predominantly accepted walk-in patients. This philosophy and medical practice will be maintained at his new office location. Scheduled appointments with Dr. Ricca can be made by calling the office, however they are not required.

Dr. Anthony Ricca obtained his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Miriam Hospital at Brown University. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. He is also a member of the medical staff at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, a Barnabas Health facility.
