Union Beach vs. Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority Wind Turbine Case Headed to NJ Supreme Court | According to Stuart Lieberman, special counsel for Union Beach, the borough will issue a “petition for certification” asking the state Supreme Court to hear the case.
