Volunteers Needed: Help Clean Natco Lake in Hazlet

The Bayshore Watershed Council and the NY-NJ Baykeeper are hosting a clean-up of Natco Lake.

Give back to the community on Saturday, Feb. 23 by volunteering to help the Bayshore Watershed Council and the NY-NJ Baykeeper clean up Natco Lake. 

Natco Lake is part of Natco Park, a 260-acre Green Acres site in Hazlet Township. 

The park is known for its swampy woods, mature oak forest, diverse plant life and a variety of wildlife that includes hawks, owls, flying squirrels.

The clean-up will run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and interested volunteers can register on the Wave of Action website. All volunteers will meet at the Lakeside Manor restaurant located on Route 36 in Hazlet.
