In Leafy Holmdel, Arbor Day is Celebrated Over Several Days

A special time of the year for the Holmdel's Shade Tree Commission.

Friday, April 27 is the official Arbor Day in New Jersey.  This special day is  to remind us to think about our trees and their maintenance. It will be
celebrated in several ways throughout Holmdel.

Yesterday, tree-related stories were read to pre-schoolers at the Holmdel Library.

Today, trees are being planted at Indian Hill School and Village School.
