Holmdel Church Raises $6,524 With Its Turkey Dinner

The annual event raises funds for deserving non-profit organizations.

The Turkey Dinner charitable fundraiser at Holmdel Community Church on March 12 was a great success, reports Rev. Rusty Eidmann-Hicks.

"Thanks to the dedicated work of many volunteers – cooking, setting up, organizing, snapping beans and mashing potatoes – the church raised $6,524," he said in an announcement.

"These funds will go as ‘seed-money’ for the Asbury Park Community Church, which Doug Brown will be starting, once he is ordained in our church on May 20th as 'Minister of Missions.'"
