When: Saturday, May 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. One day only.

What's for sale: The sale is being run by C.T. Peters Inc, Appraisers and is advertised as a "15-room contents sale." Included among the furniture offerings is a 200-piece flatware set and a 20-piece serving set

Note to Early Birds: Numbers are being handed out at 8:00 a.m., so they must expect a crowd.

This following estate sale was advertised on Craig's List.

Address: 236 Holland Road, Holmdel.  (Telegraph Hill Road becomes Holland Road at the Takolusa Dr./S. Holland Rd. intersection.) It's between Red Fern and Glenn Way.

When: 9 a.m. -3 p.m., rain or shine. One day only.

What's for sale: An accomplished NY-NJ interior decorator is cleaning house. 

Included in the sale: King size bedroom set, glass top dual pedestal table and chairs, Baby Grand piano, reclining theater chairs, drapes, marble pedestals, decorative mirrors, Oriental pieces, paintings, hand-carved concrete coffee table and much more, according to the listing.
