Chabad Jewish Center Team Participates in Walk 4 Friends

The Chabad Jewish Center of Holmdel has created a team to participate in the annual Walk 4 Friends walkathon at Brookdale Community College.

The event is on Sunday, May 22nd from 1:00-4:00pm.

Walk4friends is a family-friendly event and finish-line entertainment and refreshments will be available from 2:00-4:00 pm.

Registration is free and all walkers will receive a free Walk4friends T-shirt.

The Friendship Circle provides programs in which a teenage volunteer is assigned to each child to provide one-on-one attention. The Friendship Circle offers a variety of programs such as Friends at home- where teenage volunteers visit the children with special needs on a weekly basis in the comfort of their own homes, Winter and Summer Camp- to provide the children with special needs a fun camp experience, Sunday afternoon programs for teens and children with special needs and more.

Friendship Circle caters to over 100 families and 150 teenage volunteers in the Greater Monmouth area. They develop programs to cater to our growing numbers.
