Hybrid Fitness Brings Healthier Lifestyle to Marlboro Residents

MARLBORO, January 11 & 12, 2014 – Retro Fitness is pleased to announce a new fitness endeavor Hybrid Fitness Challenge. We will be offering Cross Training, Boot Camps, Running Program, Weight Loss Programs and Strength Training. Our programs are designed for the family to have fun while learning lifelong healthy habits that include both exercise and nutrition. Participants will have the opportunity to make real improvements in their health and fitness levels and learn how to maintain these lifestyle changes once the program is complete.
The kickoff event will take place on January 11 & 12 at The Retro Fitness of Marlboro from 8am to noon. Residents will have the opportunity to participate in:
- Cross Training, Boot Camps, Sports Conditioning (Youth & HS) and a Running Program
- Get information on our Nutritional Program
- And get, motivated for the New Year!
“Fifty-five percent of New Jersey residents are overweight and this will cause lasting effects to the health of our community,” said Marc Kanterman, Personal Trainer Manager of The Retro Fitness. “But, studies by the CDC are showing that communities can help to change this alarming trend. Our goal with The Hybrid Fitness Challenge is to bring the community together to accomplish a healthier future and way of life.”
