Earth Day Festival Signs Disappearing

Members of the 16th Annual Bayonet Farm Earth Day Festival Committee are dismayed, this week, after a dozen of the thirty-five signs advertising their event were taken from various locations around Holmdel Township.  The brand new signs cost the all-volunteer group over $400 of their hard-earned money; funds for the signs, as well as the professional presentations that are a staple of this festival, are raised by selling sandwiches, baked items and t-shirts.  If this was a prank, please bring the signs back to where they were taken.   If anyone knows the whereabouts of the signs or sees any being removed, contact the Holmdel Police Department, with whom a formal report has already been filed by the Earth Day Committee.
