Comedy Night to Benefit Armed Forces Entertainment

On Friday, February 21st, J & J Comedy will be producing a comedy show to benefit “Armed Forces Entertainment” (The people who bring entertainment to our troops) at Park East in Hazlet, NJ and WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT.

Here’s a little info about 2 of the performers on the show:
Benefit for Armed Forces Entertainment at The Comedy Shoppe @ Park East Mark Riccadonna grew up an artsy jock outside of Youngstown, Ohio. At age 17 (like a bad independent movie), Mark moved to NYC in search of himself and happiness. He pursued Theatre at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, joining "The Company" after graduation. Soon after, Mark stumbled upon Stand-Up Comedy and found success as a storyteller, performing throughout New York City, and 'on the road'. Mark currently also performs for Armed Forces Entertainment, and has entertained U.S. and U.N. Troops worldwide, performing in six continents while working with his childhood heroes.

Whether he is working with The Amoralists Theatre Company (In the acclaimed hit "Happy in the Poor House"), Angry Shih Tzu Productions or on tour with Stand-Up, Mark continues to climb the ranks. He is a gifted storyteller, with a charisma that makes you feel like you've known him forever, unique delivery, signature voice (that has landed him several commercials) and likability; you will see why he is a favorite at clubs and theatres everywhere.

Chris JohnsTon, a pale redhead, born and raised in an urban New Jersey area, has never been unfamiliar with anxiety or confusion.  Chris uses comedy as his crutch to poke fun at the misunderstood world around him.  He electrifies the stage with a charismatic delivery of unique ideas, stories, struggles and opinions on everyday life.  He shares creative personal views, random thoughts, interesting observations and awkward moments that audiences can relate to.  With a boyish charm and relaxed ability to interact with audiences, even controversial or edgy topics seem comforting and laughable to all.  Chris' versatility and quick witted nature allow him to work crowds of all types.  From clean rooms and theatres to the edgiest bars around, Chris is always comfortable identifying with his audience and giving a stellar performance.  A Chris JohnsTon show is always sure to be fun, full of energy and one not to be missed.

Chris began his comedy career performing at clubs and bars along the east coast. For several years, he shared residency between Boston and the NY, becoming a regular at east coast comedy clubs along the way. Chris has been featured on popular radio shows, film, comedy festivals and has gone on to tour with national acts at clubs, colleges and casinos across the United States. He was added as a regular to the "Howard Stern-Killers of Comedy" and "Best Damn Comedy Show!" tours, featuring comedians from the Howard Stern, Opie & Anthony and other Sirius/XM srdio shows. Chris continues to be a requested act for clubs, colleges, casinos and other events across the country.
