Civil Wedding taking Place, before actual wedding' Long Distance Couple, after being together so Long? (not Living)together, classmates/ in UK..

   It is a awful thing when you Love some one,that is from another country. You cannot just get married and then Move to USA.... Even if you are married here in USA! 

      The Other country is not a adversary?  But in order to get the VISA to LIVE here to apply for a GREEN CARD" it is a "ROYAL"  pain in  the ABBY! 
     why is this such a delima! I am so sad that she cannot first become Married correctly, WIth her MUM" and daddy Present!
   I am  wondering will it be ok to SKYPE this ceremony? DO MAYORS ALLOW SUCH things to Occur...

   I am crying for her MUM< my son and she Met in UK, at Bible College. She has visited us for summer,and for last 2 months they have skyped, they will be wed this week,and then she Must return home until January when we all go to UK,to  have the Ceremony, White dress and circumstance! THEN with her Family as well..   
any advise?
