Community Update

The Bayshore Lunch Program, an independent, non-profit organization, serves a hot lunch to those in need of food and fellowship three days a week.  Lunch is served on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall of the Community Church of Keyport on Warren Street. Representatives from NJ Hope and Healing, an agency that helps people manage the emotional consequences of Hurricane Sandy, are present almost every day at lunchtime. A VNA nurse is present every Friday to do blood pressure screenings and answer health-related questions. For more information, please call 732-217-1148 or visit kitchenatstmarks.org. The Bayshore Lunch Program is a program of the Kitchen at St. Mark's, Inc., which previously operated a soup kitchen and food pantry in Keansburg.
