The Junior League of Monmouth County is partnering with The Community YMCA to present one of their premier programs: "Kids in the Kitchen"

Started in 2006, in response to the rising rates of childhood obesity and related health issues in young people, this program is presented in over 200 locations nationwide.  

"Kids in the Kitchen" is a fun, interactive program that introduces kids and their families to making healthy lifestyle choices.

There will be stations set up inside the YMCA to let kids make (and eat!) healthy recipes and snacks and group fitness activities.
