The Monmouth County SPCA has a location at 260 Wall St., Eatontown, which is open Monday through Friday 1 to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday noon to 5 p.m. Their new location at the Freehold Raceway Mall, 3710 Route 9, is open Thursday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
