For over 40 years, Hazlet Recreation has been providing children with a positive, stimulating Preschool where kids can create wonderful memories.

It provides girls and boys ages 3 and 4 with an amazing program designed for each child to achieve success in a safe environment, surrounded by dynamic teachers who truly care about them.

The program is committed to helping each child grow into his or her best self by combining excellent staff with small groups and a philosophy that puts kids first!  They will develop self-confidence, independence, cooperation, use their imagination, have a sense of responsibility, and the ability to develop new friendships. 

Hazlet Recreation Preschool presents a curriculum in a play-based atmosphere with an emphasis on socialization.  We know that the transition into Kindergarten is a big change and we are here to help prepare your child through exciting learning experiences.  Your child will learn and grow, all while having fun, and be ready to enjoy all that Kindergarten has to offer.

They will gain knowledge, discover, explore, play games, be an artist, participate in story time, and much more.  Our main purpose is for your child to have a positive and rewarding experience with children of the same age.  Our staff is expertly trained and highly motivated to give each child the best experience possible! 

The Preschool is licensed by the State of New Jersey, Department of Children and Families.
