RBR Establishes the Albert Martin Memorial Fund

In the wake of the tragic loss of our beloved student Albert Martin, RBR is  accepting donations to the Albert Martin Memorial Fund. Anyone in the greater community who wishes can send a monetary donation to the SOURCE at RBR, 101 Ridge Road, Little Silver NJ, 07739; attention:Suzanne Keller. Checks should be written out to The SOURCE Foundation, and identify the “Albert Martin Memorial Fund” on the check. Donations can also be made through paypal on the RBR website, www.rbrhs.org. The SOURCE is a 501 (c) (3) organization.

Additionally, RBR will be honoring Albert's memory at our Monday, December 17, home basketball game against Red Bank Catholic which begins at 6:30 pm. At that time, Albert's number 34 will be officially retired. We will also present his  framed jersey to his mother, Traci Dixon.

Our students are also honoring their classmate by selling specially designed t-shirts  to honor Albert. They will also sell buttons embossed with Albert's picture. Further, students will  conduct a bake sale after school this week. All proceeds from their efforts will benefit the Albert Martin Memorial Fund.

For those in the community who wish to pay their respects to Albert and celebrate in his life , service arrangements follow:

A viewing will be held on Saturday, December 8, from 10 am to 12 pm , at the First Presbyterian Church at 255 Harding Road (Tower Hill) with funeral to follow.
