Critelli and Ponisi Kick Off Holmdel Campaign

The Holmdel Republican Party officially kicked off its campaign for the November Election last night. An excited crowd of 100 supporters were on hand to support Tom Critelli and Joe Ponisi for Holmdel Township Commitee. Also on hand and receiving the unyielding support of the crowd was Freeholder Serena DiMaso who is also on the ballot this year.

There are no contested seats for Freeholder or Holmdel Township Committee in the Primary Election. Campaign Manager Tom Scarano noted that "with the Lucent redevelopment moving forward, Holmdel faces important decisions that will affect the future of our town." "Both our Tom Critelli and Joe Ponisi have the expertise to make these tough decisions. "

Tom and Joe both spoke last night about their committeement to a balanced development of the Lucent Property. This approach must also preserve the character of Holmdel and be financially benefical to the Township and taxpayes.

Tom Critelli is the President and Founder of Danitom Development and a member of the Cross Farms Advisory Committee. Joe Ponisi is a financial consultant with over 25 years experience analyzing municipal credit and risk. Both Mr. Critelli and Mr. Ponisi look foward to walking the neighborhoods of Holmdel to meet and discuss the issues that we all face. More information can be found at www.holmdelrepublicanparty.com

Good luck gentlemen. I know you will continue to do the right thing for Holmdel. I like the momentum at the Lucent property that is being built up by the Republic majority.

Let's get that dinosaur building back on the tax rolls....and let's face it, it's 2012 and septics had their place in society a long time ago, but not anymore.

Maybe I missed something, but is it now the position of the republican party to sewer all of Holmdel?

Well once again Tony Orsini/William Y you think that somehow I speak for or represent the Republican Party. Well I don't and if I was in charge I would have sold those Plum Lane lots to help lower my taxes.

That said, thanks for allowing me to clarify my sewer statement above. To help sell the Lucent property, if it takes sewering the entire property, then by all means do it....that's better than leaving it vacant. But I realize that the tree huggers in town would like to keep it vacant.
