I believe the Dec 5 Middletown American Properties meeting sets some kind of a record for stupidity? 241 "stackable" housing units on 31 acres, some of which is wetlands, exceeds the housing density of Dhaka, Bangladesh! Not to mention the re-alignment of a major NJ Highway, Rt. 35. Why do I believe this will never happen?
