"Iceman Cometh" to Holmdel Theatre Company
Play Reading Series at Duncan Smith Theater continues on Monday, August 13 at 7:00 pm. Admission is free.
The Holmdel Theatre Company will present a dramatic reading of one of Eugene O'Neill's most ambitious works, "The Iceman Cometh" on Monday, Aug 13, 2012. The reading will be held at the Duncan Smith Theater, 36 Crawfords Corner Road, in Holmdel at 7:00 pm. Admission is free and coffee will be served.
The play is set in Harry Hope's decidedly down-market Greenwich Village saloon and rooming house in 1912, where patrons drift without purpose from day to day. They come fully to life only during the semi-annual visits of the salesman Theodore Hickman, known to them as Hickey.
