Hazlet Resident Indicted for Alleged Sexual Assault
Grand jury formalizes charge against 21-year old.
James Bryer, 21, of 15 Limerick Place in Hazlet was indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury in Freehold for one count of sexual assault in Middletown between Feb. 1 and March 31, 2012.
The grand jury hears evidence on a case and votes on whether someone should answer for alleged offense. The grand jury does not determine guilt or innocence.
