Four Monmouth County Residents Indicted on Charges They Sold Stolen Items
The indictment was handed up Wednesday by a Monmouth County Grand Jury
Four Monmouth County residents were indicted Wednesday on charges that they burglarized a Keansburg home and then sold the items in neighboring towns.
Robert Johnson, Jr, 39, of West Keansburg; Darrell Lee, 40, of Matawan; Jason Rapoza, 40, of Aberdeen; and Denise Giuriceo, 38, of West Keansburg were indicted for burglary, receiving stolen property and fencing. All are third degree crimes.
Police say that the four individuals allegedly entered a home in Keansburg on Feb. 8, 2012 and took over $500 in video games, video game systems and jewelry. They then allegedly sold the video games and video game systems in Keansburg, Middletown and Holmdel, the indictment says.
An indictment does not indicate guilt or innocence, only that formal charges have been filed against the defendants.
