Police: Evidence Points to Drug Possession After December Crash in Holmdel
During the accident investigation, police found a a small empty bag in Nasser's car. A sample of residue was sent to the lab, and returned positive for cocaine.
Christopher Nasser, 30 of Holmdel was arrested on Feb. 26 after police received positive cocaine results from an empty bag fround in his car after a Dec. 14 car accident.
On Dec. 14 of last year around 7:45 a.m., Nasser hit a telephone pole traveling east on Crawfords Corner Road. Nasser was transported to a trauma center, according to Holmdel Police.
During the accident investigation, police found a a small empty bag in Nasser's car. A sample of residue was sent to the lab, and returned positive for cocaine according to police.
Nasser was arrested on Feb. 26 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third degree offense.

How about a follow up to that accident on van shoick where a man and his son were killed? Was anyone ever charged? A cause determined?

Regardless of test results, aren't you innocent until proven guilty in the court of law? I wouldn't assume everything you read to be true.
