Registration is open for a Karate class to be held from Jan. 11 to March 23 at the Holmdel Senior/Community Center.

Classes will be held on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. for a total of 22 classes. There will be no classes Feb. 17 and March 16.

The instructor is McLendon Bowden. The cost is $198, $100 for seniors 60 and over (must show proof) and $220 for non-residents. Registration ends Jan. 4.
