On August 12th from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Fitness trainer Eraldo Maglara of Fitness Training by Eraldo located in Marlboro, NJ, along with the New Jersey based production company, NJ Discover will be filming the pilot for the new television show Jersey Fit, which is set to air on NJ Discover in the fall/winter of 2012, at the Vitamin Shoppe in Holmdel, NJ.  Jersey Fit is a television show focused on health and fitness that will teach viewers how to exercise and care for their bodies the right way.

The host of the show, Eraldo Maglara, and the four Jersey Fit Girls, who represent different age groups, will demonstrate how to get focused, strong and tone the body by using proper techniques and specific exercises. 

Jersey Fit is unlike any other workout show because it not only teaches viewers exercise and fitness routines, but it also informs viewers about the latest trends in the fitness industry and where to find health conscious activities, foods, vitamins, equipment and workout apparel in New Jersey.

In addition, Jersey Fit will also feature fitness, nutritional, medical and holistic experts as special guests to provide viewers with important information on health and fitness. Dr. Sharon Barnum Link of A & A Chiropractic in Morganville, NJ will make a guest appearance in the Jersey Fit pilot to talk about the importance of health and instruct viewers on how to reduce and eliminate back pain.
