Update: Theresa reports a neighbor found Harley on Friday, around 4 p.m.

A 4-year old orange Tabby known as Harley left his house on Cresdent Road on Tuesday in the Old Manor section and has been missing ever since.
"He has no claws and has never been outside," said Theresa, the owner. "He is very afraid of people so if someone spots him they can call me immediately."
