German School of Monmouth County Advent Calendar Sales Benefit Sandy Survivors

Students at the non-profit German School of Monmouth County will donate the proceeds from sales of Advent Calendars for Sandy relief efforts.

“Although our families and staff were affected personally by the effects of Superstorm Sandy, we also wanted to help support our neighbors.  The proceeds from our annual Advent Calendar will be donated locally to help us rebuild our communities,” says Principal Michaela Greco, who resides in Atlantic Highlands.

The suggested donation for each calendar is $3.00, which features chocolate treats behind each of the 24 windows that count down the days to Christmas. Calendars will be available through December 1, 2012.

Please contact us at info@germanschoomc.org or call us @ 732-705-7305 to order your calendar.   Calendars can also be picked up at the school, located in the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 112 Middletown Road, Holmdel, NJ.
