Village School is looking for soldiers and fire fighters!
We are celebrating Read Across America week at Village School. As part of our celebration we have a Hero Day, on February 28th, where we invite heroes to come in and read to the children.
We have many police officers, but we are in need of fire fighters and soldiers from the different branches of the military (i.e. Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard).
The children here at Village really love and are impressed by having the heroes come in uniform and read to them. If you know of any soldier or fire fighter who would like take part in Hero Day please contact me with their information at:
